We recently introduced Italian-made technology into our nursery, with automated tools designed to improve accuracy and speed while keeping costs manageable. From tray fillers that ensure even soil distribution to dibblers that create perfect holes for planting, our production line has been transformed to make our processes more efficient and precise.
The Process
Tray Fillers: The process starts with these machines filling trays with soil in the perfect amount, ensuring that each tree starts with the right foundation.
Automated Potting Assistants: These machines then help us plant the saplings into their pots, which helps avoid stunting growth and ensures that every plant gets the attention it needs.
Conveyor System: The conveyor system brings the potted plants to the final stage, where our team of experts places them into the nursery to continue growing.
